360 Degree Feedback

We are currently in the process of refreshing our 360 Degree Feedback tool to enhance its effectiveness and ensure it continues to meet the evolving needs of our leadership community. 360 Degree Feedback is a valuable development tool for teams that gathers confidential, anonymous perspectives from colleagues, direct reports, and other key stakeholders. By offering a holistic view of leadership impact, it helps individuals identify strengths and areas for growth, fostering more effective leadership practices.

While the tool is being refined, we encourage you to make use of our broader People Development offer. There are many resources available to support your growth as a leader, including workshops, webinars, and self-led learning opportunities.
