Dr John Mckendrick

Dr McKendrick's current research interests are:

• the development of synthetic methods applicable to the construction of natural products. This currently focuses on the use of ring rearrangement metathesis and the exploitation of non-classical cation rearrangement reactions.
• the development of bio-compatible-drug eluting polymers for coating medical devices such as stents, in collaboration with BioInteractions Ltd.
