Teaching

I am currently developing IFP provision to support the new IFP online Programme due to start in Autumn 2020. I am also working alongside a colleague to implement and develop a new university-wide skills module for the Home Foundation Programme.

Background

I started my teaching career 15 years ago and have taught English in France, Spain and Morocco but for the last 10 years, I have predominantly worked with foundation students in the UK. This has involved co-ordinating and developing academic English and ESAP courses on Foundation programmes, as well as mentoring and providing pastoral and welfare support to international students.

I enjoy travelling to new places in the world and speaking French and Spanish whenever I can. Closer to home, I enjoy walking by the River Thames and I regularly go swimming at the local lido.
