It is recommended that we eat a wide range of foods to make sure we are getting a balanced diet and your body is receiving the nutrients it needs.

  • Males should aim to have 2500 calories each day
  • Females should aim to have 2000 calories each day

Our bodies need water or other fluids to work properly and avoid dehydration. Aiming to drink 6-8 glasses of water each day will help us avoid dehydration.
